On my period again and the only reason I can function/move around properly is bc of the sea moss. The difference in my inflammatory levels are out of this world (usually my feet swell up, and I can tell how muchit helps) 

I just love how I feel all in general, I had been going with a naturopath and I was doing other natural supplements and taking a bunch of stuff to help with hormones, thyroid and which was affecting other part of my life and as soon I started taking sea moss I noticed how my hair stopped falling I feel more energice I even feel helps me be regular I used to get constipated here and there and it hasn't happen since I started taking the sea moss. Hair, skin and nails feel so much better. Also I was starting to get sick like allergies or something like congested and sore throat and I started taking it more and I feel better now.

I use to wake up super drowsy for no reason. My body would just feel so down but since I've taken the sea moss I've noticed a huge difference in the way my body feels.

Haha I was actually planning to put it in a Lavender/Chamomile tea 🙃 & Omg girl!! This taste amazing... I expected it to be different than that since lot of supplement stuff is. I will definitely be buying more.

I love the sea moss so so much!! 🫶 I've even had multiple people compliment the glow of my skin!! It's been exactly what I needed to get through the dry winter months 🥰✨

It doesn't smell bad, I was taking it regularly until past week or so that I kept forgetting. I noticed my hair isn't falling as much.

I was exhausted from overbooking myself the other say, and had to make a 2.5 hour drive afterwards. I decided to take sea moss instead of coffee and within minutes I was energized and able to make the drive. As a matter of fact I came home after the drive and studied a few hours before bed. If I wouldn't have taken the sea moss I imagine I would have postponed the drive and took a nap instead.
